NPA Business & IT

NATIONAL PROGRESSION AWARD FOR BUSINESS AND IT 

Within the department those candidates who chose to follow a path that incorporates both Business Management and Administration at either National 5 or Higher levels will automatically be entered into for the SQA National Progression Award (NPA) in Business and IT at level 5 (passes in both National 5 Business Management and National 5 Administration) and/or level 6 (Higher level passes in both subject areas). Collecting together the unit assessments in both of these courses this additional qualification gives credit to those young people who chose to sit both qualifications. The NP course award can be accumulated over a period of three years within the senior phase of S4, S5 and S6 and is continually assessed.
