Attainment & Reporting
To raise attainment, the Guidance Teacher has a holistic overview of attainment and progress in all subjects for each pupil. Regular monitoring and work with subject departments takes place. At times, subject departments or the Guidance Teacher will reach out to parents/carers, over and above the reporting cycle. We welcome communication from pupils and their families at any point to address concerns, discuss progress and plan next next steps. We aim to put supports in place to raise attainment for all pupils to allow them to have the best educational outcomes to achieve their desired next steps.
