Woodmill is a school with a strong sense of identity, built on our shared values of We Learn, We Respect, We Succeed. These values are more than words on a wall; they shape our relationships, our expectations and the way we work together every day. At the heart of everything we do is the belief that We Are Woodmill, and that by working together we can help every young person achieve their very best.
We are ambitious for our young people and for the wider Woodmill community. We want every learner to leave Woodmill with the knowledge, skills, confidence and resilience they need to be successful in whatever path they choose. We have high expectations, but we also recognise the importance of supporting and nurturing each young person as an individual.
Relationships are at the centre of our school. By working closely with our pupils, families, staff and partners, we create a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, respected and able to succeed.
Having recently joined the Woodmill community, I have already seen the pride that people have in this school and the commitment of staff, young people and families to ensuring the best possible outcomes for our learners. I am excited about the opportunities ahead and look forward to working together as we continue to build on Woodmill's many strengths.
