School Trips and Extra Curricular Activities

Over the last few years we have been slowly reintroducing them as we are able.

As a school we have always had a strong offer of extra curricular activities for our pupils, from S1-S6.

In the past there have been a range of trips from Maths trips to Disneyland Paris, German exchange trips, Ski trips, music trips and numerous sporting trips, including ones to Spain and Holland as well as those with a focus on broader cultural themes, such as the trips to Italy, Belgium, and Spain.

Letters and group call messages will be sent out from time to time but most of our trips are advertised in the school with letters being brough home to parents by the pupils who are interested in the trips.

Starting in 2025/26 term we are looking to launch a range of trips including our Ski Trip and a trip to France and Germany. Whilst we recognise that the cost of trips can be a challenge for parents, we will always have a long lead in time to break the cost of the trips into manageable monthly amounts, and each trip has a fund to support pupils where the cost might be prohibitive, so that all trips are open to any pupil who wants to go.
